By creating an account and using Artalk ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. Service Description

Artalk is an AI-powered audio briefing service that generates personalized market summaries based on your selected watchlist.

3. AI-Generated Content & SGI Disclosure

Nature of Service

Artalk is a technology platform that provides Synthetically Generated Information (SGI). All audio briefings and text summaries are produced using Artificial Intelligence (Large Language Models).

(a) No Financial Advice

You acknowledge that Artalk is not a SEBI-registered advisor. The SGI provided is for informational purposes only.

(b) Accuracy of SGI

You understand that SGI is synthesized from third-party market data and news. Artalk does not guarantee the 100% accuracy of AI outputs and is not liable for "hallucinations" or errors in the synthesized audio.

(c) User Responsibility

The user assumes all risk for investment decisions made based on SGI.

4. Subscription Terms

Artalk offers Free and Premium tiers of service:

Free Tier

  • Up to 2 assets in your watchlist.
  • Access to limited daily adhoc pod generations.
  • Default English language and Maya (female) reporter voice.

Premium Tier

  • Unlimited or increased daily pod limits as specified in the plan.
  • Choice of language (English or Hindi).
  • Choice of reporter voice (e.g., "Maya", "Vikram").
  • Scheduled daily briefings at a time of your choice.
  • Up to 5 assets in your watchlist.
  • Priority processing for faster generation.

Payment & Renewal

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Payments are processed by RevenueCat and the respective app store.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and comply with all applicable laws.

6. Limitations of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from use of the Service.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new Terms.
